Must be able to pass a background check and if applicable for the client you are servicing a drug test, screenings and tests are administered by 3rd party companies. One of our main focuses are to assist new and/or existing Client Support Professional(s) at work from home call center companies through the system. We are here to help from the beginning starting with the enrollment process, selecting and/or certifying with your first client, getting paid and beyond.
Primary Services Provided:
A wide variety of services are provided to aid you and/or your company becoming and remaining with your client(s). We provide amazing support and a tremendous amount of information and insight.
You will receive the exact detailed report that we receive from our partners. We are 100% transparent. You will receive all bonuses and incentives offered to you and/or your business by the provided to you by the client(s) you have chosen to service.
Support specialist are available to help you and/or your company with quality, performance and metrics. They will guide you and/or your company on how to perform better and provide better service to your accounts. We encourage you, your company and/or your team mates to meet with their support specialists often and to always look for ways to grow and improve.
A copy of your client opportunity, Independent Contractor Agreement and contract is kept on file for the time frame in which you provide services through us to the client. You are also given a copy of your client contract for your own records which outlines your pay rate and contractual expectations.
- Incident Issues, Research & Resolution
Our support specialists will advocate on your behalf, researching all issue(s) and providing the detailed feedback that we receive in reference to your issues as well as attempt to expedite a resolution. Thus far we have a 100% resolution success rate!
